Stupid Spelling

I hate spelling bees.

Today for my school there was a spelling bee. There are 900+ students at my school, and I came in 2nd place overall and 1st in 7th grade. (The 1st placer was in 8th). Apparently, they save ALL the recognition for first place. Except an announcement on the intercom and a pic in the yearbook.

From now on, I will hate spelling bees - and the word privilege. (Did I spell that right? I missed it in the bee.)
